General guidance, not professional advice. Dates are calculated from CRA and provincial rules, using the same rules Clerra uses for accounting firms, and are adjusted for weekends and holidays the way Clerra does. Your situation may change a date or add a filing, so confirm with your accountant or with the CRA (or Revenu Québec) before you rely on it.
For accounting firms
Clerra tracks this for every client, automatically.
The same engine behind this page builds each client’s whole filing calendar from a few details, keeps it current when something changes, and reminds your team before anything is due.
The same engine Canadian firms use.
This isn’t a list someone typed up. It runs Clerra’s deadline engine, which accounting firms rely on to track every client’s filings.
The rules, not a table
Each date is worked out from the CRA's and the provinces' own rules for your type of business, province and year end, the same way Clerra builds a firm's filing calendar.
Weekends and holidays
When a due date lands on a weekend or a holiday the tax authority observes, it moves to the business day that authority's rules allow, and the calculator tells you when it did.
Kept current
When a rule changes, it changes once and every date here follows. Each date links to an official source you can check.
